Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision is seeking expressions of interest for an Educational Outreach Committee to support the development and delivery of a national education program focused on Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes. This Australian Government-funded initiative aims to improve awareness, early recognition and clinical management of these conditions among healthcare professionals, including general practitioners, nurses, emergency clinicians and other community-based health services, with a strong focus on reaching regional and rural healthcare settings.
The Committee will help shape evidence-based educational resources and activities as part of this multi-year program from 2026 to 2029. We welcome interest from individuals who can contribute expertise across program direction, content development, resource review, teaching, stakeholder engagement or related areas. Please refer to the Position Description for further information.
If you are interested in joining the Educational Outreach Committee, or would like to discuss the opportunity further, please contact us at research@mrv.org.au. In your response, it would be helpful if you could please include:
• a brief summary of your background and experience
• your general availability, noting meetings are anticipated to be held monthly for the first six months, then quarterly or as required thereafter, with flexible involvement in between.
• any preferred days or times for meetings
• how you would ideally like to contribute, for example shaping program direction, content development, reviewing materials, presenting or teaching, stakeholder engagement, or other areas of interest.
