Maddie’s Vision provides information and support for patients diagnosed with Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes and their families

To all healthcare colleagues, thank you very much for taking time to visit this webpage to find support, resources and information for your patients. 

The Maddie’s Vision Tele-Support Service provides continuous support to patients and their families impacted by Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes, including during diagnosis, treatment, and also long-term follow ups. 

The service provides patients with support and information on:

  • What Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes are and how they impact a person’s health
  • Treatments and symptom management 
  • Clinical trials available
  • Referrals to available resources, including education, counselling, financial support

Refer a patient or carer

Health professionals can fill in our online referral form on behalf of the patient and their family, or provide patients with the link to fill in themselves.  Our Tele-Support Service Nurses will connect with these patients to learn about their individual support needs.

Mei Ling Yeh is available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 9am to 5pm at 0477 884 955.
