Supporting patients, carers and health professionals.
As Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes are rare, many patients and families feel overwhelmed, isolated and in need of support when they receive a diagnosis and throughout treatment.
Our Tele-Support Service provides information and resources about Bone Marrow Failure Syndrome conditions, symptoms, tests, treatments and management. Please Note: Our Tele-Support Service does not provide medical services like diagnosis, treatment recommendations or laboratory test analysis.
The Maddie’s Vision Peer Support Program creates a safe and confidential virtual space for patient and families to share lived experiences, discuss challenges, provide support to others, offer advice on navigating the treatment journey and share the resources and services that made a difference.
Our Tele-Support Service Nurses, Mei Ling Yeh and Rachel Edwards, are here to provide support, information, and guidance to individuals and families affected by Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes. Whether you have questions about diagnosis, treatment, or navigating care, our nurses are available to help.
Registrations are now open for up to 12 patients and/or family members to participate in each session. Places are limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to ensure you don’t miss out.
