As Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes are rare, many patients and families feel overwhelmed, isolated and in need of support when they receive a diagnosis and throughout treatment.
Our Tele-Support Service is the only available support for Bone Marrow Failure Syndrome patients in Australia. This comprehensive service educates and empowers patients and their families with knowledge and resources.

The Maddie’s Vision Tele-Support Service is free, confidential, and available for anyone impacted by Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes.
Please be advised of a temporary change to our Tele-Support Service while our Nurse, Mei Ling Yeh, takes a period of well deserved leave to have a wonderful trip with her family. From 24 June to 27 July 2026, the Tele-Support Service will operate on a reduced schedule and will be available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. The service will not be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during this time.
While Mei Ling is away our other wonderful nurse, Rachel Penny will be available to provide support to you. We remain committed to ensuring patients and families can access the care, guidance and support they need, and encourage anyone seeking assistance to book an appointment with Rachel.
