Dr Eliska Furlong is a Paediatric Clinical Haematologist based at Perth Children’s Hospital and honorary Fellow at The Kids Research Institute in Perth, Western Australia. Eliska has completed training in Paediatric Medical Oncology and holds a PhD degree dedicated to primary immunodeficiencies that she completed at the National Institute of Health and Medical Research in Paris, France.
Eliska’s interest lies at the intersection of haematological, oncological, and immune conditions such as Severe Aplastic Anaemia, Inherited Bone Marrow Failure and Leukaemia predisposition Syndromes, and Childhood Myelodysplastic Syndrome.
Eliska is a passionate advocate for patients and families suffering from rare marrow disorders and is a keen and experienced educator.
