Caleb shares his fundraising tips

Caleb has raised thousands of dollars for Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision last year whilst riding in the United Energy Around the Bay.

This year, he will be riding in the 220-kilometre Classic Ride whilst raising funds for patients and families living with Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes.

Caleb raised well-over $2000 last year and wanted to share his fundraising tips with you all.

1. Set a goal

You’ve got to set yourself a fundraising goal. You can always change the goal later, but you need to start by setting yourself something to work towards.

2. Get your fundraising page out there

Start asking friends or family and getting it out on social media. Last year, I did a story on social media every week keeping everyone up to date with my training It’s a good chance to remind people that you’re there.

3. Say thank you

The biggest thing you can do is say thank you, and that you really appreciate the money that they’ve put in.

For Caleb, fundraising for Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision is a chance to make a massive difference.

“It’s also a chance to raise awareness,” Caleb added.

We’re so grateful for Caleb and for all our fundraisers.

If you don’t have the time to fundraise, we would really appreciate it if you could make a one-off donation to support patients living with Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes and their families.
