The Table for Change Gala 2026 raises over $340,000! Thank you for your generosity and support

Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision is proud to announce that the 2026 Table for Change Gala has raised more than $340,000 in support of patients and families affected by Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes.

Held at Marvel Stadium on Friday 22 May, the annual gala brought together an incredible group of supporters united by a shared commitment to driving lifesaving research and providing vital support services for Australians impacted by these devastating conditions.

One of the most powerful moments of the night came from patient speaker Joycelyn Tran, whose courage and lived experience highlighted the urgent need for continued investment into research, advocacy, and patient support.

Guests enjoyed an exceptional dining experience curated by Culinary Director Steven Nairn of Omnia Bistro and Executive Chef Jason Staudt of Stokehouse, complemented by premium beverages from generous event sponsors Coopers and Vinarchy Wines.

Entertainment throughout the evening featured iconic performances by acclaimed Australian artists Michael Paynter and Taxiride’s Jason Singh. Michael Paynter delivered an emotional performance of Angels in tribute to patients and families impacted by Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes, while Jason Singh brought his signature energy to the room, filling the dancefloor and closing out the evening on a high.

A major highlight of the evening was the raffle draw, with one lucky winner driving away in a brand new Mercedes-Benz A200 Hatch, made possible thanks to the outstanding team at Mercedes-Benz Berwick.

The event was attended by Nick Riewoldt and the Riewoldt family, alongside members of the Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision Board, valued partners, and prominent supporters from across sport, business, media, and philanthropy.

Guests included Heloise Pratt, who generously donated $50,000 to Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision on behalf of the Pratt Foundation. The gala also welcomed Julia Morris and Alexander Jenkins, Danny Wallis, singer and actor Tottie Goldsmith, breast surgeon Chantel Thornton, Levantine Hill Brand Director Melissa Jreissati, cupcake mogul Monique Milenkovic, cosmetic surgeon Chris Moss and his wife Andrea, and Chief Justice of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, Will Alstergren.

Nick Riewoldt, AFL great and co-founder of Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision, shared:
“Maddie dreamed of a future where no patient or family would have to endure what she did. Thanks to the unwavering generosity of the Maddie’s Vision community, that vision is being brought to life every day through groundbreaking research, greater awareness, and vital support services that are making a real difference for families impacted by Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes. Seeing so many people unite behind this cause at the Table for Change Gala was incredibly special, and our family is deeply grateful to everyone who made it possible.”

Amy Coote, CEO of Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision, shared:
“This event is about so much more than fundraising, it’s about bringing people together around a shared purpose and showing families impacted by Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes that an entire community stands beside them. The remarkable support and generosity shown by everyone who took a seat at the Table for Change this year was truly overwhelming, and the funds raised will help us continue advancing vital medical research while delivering essential support services to patients and families when they need it most.”

The event was made possible thanks to the support of Gala Partners, Marvel Stadium and Delaware North, whose ongoing partnership has been instrumental throughout Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision’s journey. Through generously donated venue, catering, beverages and event services, Marvel Stadium and Delaware North helped deliver the entire event on a pro bono basis, reflecting their strong dedication and commitment to creating meaningful change for patients and families affected by Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes.
