National Bone Marrow Failure Syndrome Awareness Week, 3 – 9 March, 2025

We are proud to announce the launch of the inaugural National Bone Marrow Failure Syndrome Awareness Week, taking place from 3 – 9 March, 2025. This initiative is calling on all Australians to “Raise Your Voice, Save Lives, and Join us in the fight against Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes”. This week long campaign aims to raise awareness of Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes and their life-threatening impact on thousands of families across the country, whilst also encouraging Australians to donate blood and stem cells – which are the only hope of survival for patients battling these devastating conditions.

Anyone can get involved and help make an impact with the inaugural National Bone Marrow Failure Syndrome Awareness Week. Stay tuned for social media resources that will be available to download from our website and can help you Raise Your Voice and spread the word! Or you can help Save Lives today by donating blood via Lifeblood or by registering as a stem cell donor via Stem Cell Donors Australia.

The introduction of this annual, week-long campaign marks a decade of progress in research and patient support, allowing us to expand our mission nationally and continue driving growth in support, research, and public awareness of Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes.

Follow us on social media for updates and learn how you can Raise Your Voice, Save Lives, and Join us in the fight against Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes!
