We are beyond proud to reflect on the success of the inaugural National Bone Marrow Failure Syndrome Awareness Week, that was held from 3 – 9 March 2025. This week was a true testament to the power of community, and we are deeply grateful for the overwhelming support we received from all corners of Australia. Your passion and commitment to raising awareness for Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes helped us reach over 8.5 million Australians!

We were so grateful to collaborate with our dedicated partners, Lifeblood and Stem Cell Donors Australia, to highlight the urgent need for blood and stem cell donations. Thank you to every person who donated blood via Lifeblood or registered as a stem cell donor via Stem Cell Donors Australia – your contribution has helped save lives.
This week wouldn’t have been possible without the remarkable support of our patients and families, and our creative, not-for-profit and corporate partners who rallied together to “Raise Your Voice, Save Lives, and Join us in the fight against Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes.” Your support is invaluable as we continue to strive for a brighter future for the thousands of patients and families affected by these life-threatening conditions.
Together, we’ve taken a significant step forward, and with your continued efforts, we will keep working to find better treatments and ensure no patient or family faces this diagnosis alone. Thank you for joining us in the fight against Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes, raising your voice and helping us save lives.
