Maike Baumeister is an Equities Research Analyst at UBS, where she provides financial analysis and investment insights across the energy sector to institutional investors. She has over a decade of experience in finance, strategy and transaction advisory, including senior roles with APA Group and EY in Australia and Germany. Maike holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Economics from the University of Cologne, Germany.

Maike brings strong expertise in capital markets and strategic decision-making, together with a global perspective shaped by working across multiple countries and sectors. She is passionate about supporting organisations to achieve sustainable, long-term impact. Maike has supported not-for-profit organisations internationally, including contributing and providing financial and strategic guidance to social enterprise organisations and education initiatives in Kenya.
