October 2025
Amanda Portelli has always loved fitness and enjoys taking on new challenges — especially when they offer the chance to make a difference for an important cause. This year, she’s combining both passions by taking on United Energy Around the Bay for the very first time and fundraising for Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision.
As a first-time participant and fundraiser, Amanda is tackling the 50km ride with enthusiasm and purpose. Her dedication and drive have been inspiring, helping her raise over $1,000 to change the lives of those affected by Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes by funding vital medical research and critical support services for patients and their families.
From the moment she signed up, Amanda has been bold in sharing her story. Through her social media channels and workplace connections, she’s shared updates about her training and the importance of the cause, proudly encouraging others to help her fundraising efforts.
A special shout-out goes to Amanda’s family, friends, and colleagues, whose generosity and encouragement have meant so much throughout her journey. And a heartfelt thanks to her company, ISO 365, for their phenomenal support and generous contribution — their commitment to championing their employees’ community efforts is truly commendable and greatly appreciated.
“I’ve loved every part of this journey — training, fundraising, and seeing the support come in has been incredible. It’s amazing what we can do together, and I can’t wait to take on the ride for such an important cause!”
We are so proud to welcome Amanda into the Maddie’s Vision community and are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported her ride to change lives.
