The Board of Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision is delighted to announce the appointment of Elaine Montegriffo as our new Chief Executive Officer, effective 8th February 2021.

Elaine’s wealth of experience across both the business and for purpose sectors is the perfect fit for our organisation. She is a strategic thinker, innovator and an award-winning social entrepreneur, with executive leadership experience across global business consulting, International Development and social enterprise in the UK, Asia and Australia. 

As an experienced CEO and board director in the for-purpose sector, Elaine has successfully grown the impact of organisations by developing and delivering strategies to engage business, community and government collaboration around shared goals.

Having recently passed our 5th anniversary, we’re really excited to be launching into the next chapter in the Maddie’s Vision story with Elaine on our team and the passion and expertise she brings.
