Lucinda Sheppard

Luci Sheppard is a marketing and communications professional with extensive experience across the not-for-profit and healthcare sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. She brings a strong background in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and storytelling, with a love for the written word. 

In 2014, Luci was diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anaemia while living in Wales and subsequently underwent a bone marrow transplant in 2016 in Australia. This lived experience has informed her commitment to supporting patient advocacy, awareness and research initiatives, and has been a Maddie’s Vision supporter since its inception.

She has been actively involved in charitable organisations throughout her career, contributing to initiatives that strengthen community engagement and amplify impact.
