Chloe Fast – Observer

Chloe Fast is the EGM Corporate Affairs, Employer Brand and Sustainability for CAR Group Limited. Chloe has over 13 years of experience working in People/HR roles focused on driving employee engagement, building high performance teams, fostering diverse and inclusive cultures, and supporting organisations through periods of transformational growth and change, before more recently specialising in sustainability and corporate affairs. Prior to this Chloe was an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and she has worked across industries including technology, hospitality, and health. Chloe is passionate about supporting the not-for-profit sector, having volunteered with organisations such as the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation and The Smith Family.
