Edward Kemp

Founder and Executive Director – Quamby Holdings

Edward founded Quamby Holdings, a boutique consulting and corporate advisory business after a successful 10 year career at leading Australian wealth management firm Evans and Partners where he was a Partner in its Private Wealth business. He brings significant experience advising high net worth families and individuals in private and listed equity investments and spent over a decade in heavy industry and manufacturing, including in the commercial aircraft, newsprint and clay fired brick and paver sectors. He also has extensive experience is sales and marketing communications.

An experienced non-executive director in both the for profit and for purpose sectors Edward is currently a member of the advisory board of Menzies Institute for Medical Research (UTAS), a member of the University of Tasmania’s Council Foundation Committee and on the advisory board of Trinity Capital & Advisory. He is also the creator and host of The Wide Open Road Podcast series focusing on athlete transition to life after sport.

Edward is married to Rachael, has four teenage children, keeps active and fit through all types of physical activity and is passionate about storytelling and all things sport, especially golf and AFL. 

He graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Arts and has a Graduate Diploma of Marketing from Monash University.
