Call for Abstracts
2023 National Symposium on Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes
Abstract submissions are now open and will close at 5 pm AEST, Friday 30 June, 2023.
The Symposium Steering Committee warmly encourages the submission of abstracts, particularly from early career researchers, on any aspects of basic or clinical research related to Bone Marrow Failure Syndromes. Successful abstracts will be selected for oral presentations and/or poster submissions.
Submissions will be assessed favourably if they align with Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision’s 5 Pillars of Research
Abstract Criteria
- All abstracts must be original work
- Submission acknowledges consent to publication of the abstract in the Symposium Program
- The presenting author must be listed as an author on the abstract
- The presenting author will be required to register for the Symposium

Please prepare your abstract using the template:
Submit Abstract
Please limit your abstract to 300 words (excluding titles and references), and use only standard abbreviations or define initially in full in the abstract text. Please submit via the form below in Word format, with the file name titled as follows: “Name_Symposium 2023 abstract” .
